HJA are excited to offer this exceptional Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR GSR, a Grade 4 example built to a very serious specification by Kondo Engineering in Japan.
Although the specification is extremely serious, the car has been built with real road use in mind. Our team in Japan have driven it and came away very impressed, reporting that it feels tight, responsive and drives like a new car. It is a proper full street car first and foremost, with more than enough engine, chassis, braking and aero specification for occasional track use if the next owner wishes.

Kondo Engineering are a respected Japanese tuning shop known for engine builds, ECU setting, original parts and high-level performance car preparation. Led by Shuichi Kondo, formerly of JUN Auto Mechanic, the company has a strong background in serious demo-car and high-power engine development.
[A Serious Kondo Engineering Build]
The engine is a Kondo Engineering built 2.2L 4G63 using a TOMEI stroker kit, forged pistons, forged H-section rods, forged full-counter crankshaft, JUN 272 cams, JUN valve springs, JUN titanium retainers, TODA cam pulleys, TODA timing belt and a NAPREC High Response cylinder head package.
The turbo setup consists of an HKS GT3037, HKS exhaust manifold, HKS external wastegate.
