HJA are extremely delighted to offer you one of the most Iconic Japanese sports production cars ever made, the legendary Mazda RX7. With the rapidly increasing prices of all model JDM cars now is the best time to buy. The huge worldwide demand for JDM cars have seen buying frenzy’s in Japan with prices continually on the increase for clean high-end examples such as this.

The high-end Mazda RX7 "Type RS" came equipped with Bilstein suspension and 17-inch wheels as standard equipment, and reduced weight to 1,280 kg (2,822 lb). Power was increased with the addition of a less restrictive muffler and more efficient turbochargers which featured abradable compressor seals, 280 PS (206 kW; 276 hp) at 6500 rpm and 314 N⋅m (232 lb⋅ft) of torque at 5000 rpm as per the maximum Japanese limit. The Type RS had a brake upgrade by increasing rotor diameter front and rear to 314 mm (12.4 in) and front rotor thickness from 22 mm (0.9 in) to 32 mm (1.3 in). The Type RS version also sported a 4.30 final drive ratio, providing a significant reduction in its 0–100 km/h (62 mph) time. The gearbox was also modified, 5th gear was made longer to reduce cruising rpm and improve fuel efficiency

Exterior In stunning condition being a grade 4 it is a no accident history; this has been truly cherished by its owner in Japan. The beautiful Mazda chaste white paintwork still has that showroom gloss and only has a few age related marks. Comes fitted with early type RZ BBS wheels which are rare and sought after.

It’s not just exceptionally clean on top, underneath has to be seen to be appreciated- quite hard to believe this cult classic is nearly 20 years old as the condition puts most newer cars to shame! Just check out the detailed chassis pictures and you will understand; all suspension components, chassis, boot are in clean rust-free condition.

Starts first time hot or cold and idle is super smooth. Drives beautifully pulls hard throughout the rev range, gearbox is super smooth with precise gearchanges.

For added piece of mind we have had the RX7 sent to Rotary specialists RotorTorque for a full independent mechanical inspection and also a compression check which showed very healthy results which were not far off a new engine..

The late Model Rx-7’s are now extremely sought after worldwide, with prices increasing in Japan it is considered the next big thing in the burgeoning classic and performance car market.

Sourcing examples like this is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Overall if you are after a truly cherished example to enjoy yourself, to be part of a collection or as an investment look no further.
