HJA present another outstanding R32 GT-R this one in particular being a highly collectable V-Spec II model, tastefully modified by one of the most highly respected GT-R tuners YMS Japan.

To celebrate the success of the GT-R in both Group N and Group A racing, Nissan introduced the Skyline GT-R V.Spec ("Victory Specification") car on 3 February 1993. The V-Spec added Brembo brakes and a retuned ATTESA E-TS system to the Nismo and N1 packages. Finally, on 14 February 1994, the Skyline GT-R V·Spec II was introduced, with the only change being wider 245/45R17 tyres.

These particular models demand a premium now in Japan, to give you an example a V-spec II N1 sold for £85,000 recently at USS Tokyo auction and that’s just the hammer price before any shipping/taxes.

The engine starts and runs beautifully; we have just serviced the car with all top branded products. Oil pressure and running temperatures are spot on. Performance is really impressive, currently running circa 1.3/1.4 bar the Trust turbos keep you pinned firmly to your seat and till you let off! The gearbox is fluent with no crunches and the clutch holds the power perfectly.

Handling has been taken care of thanks to an Array of aftermarket items from Ohlins coilovers, extra chassis bracing and Nismo arms not to mention the Cusco Hicas lockout bar. All these plus the Nismo differentials coupled together result in a very responsive and tight handling car.

The R32 GT-R is now extremely sought after worldwide, and is considered the next big thing in the burgeoning classic and performance car market.

Sourcing examples like this is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Overall if you are after a truly cherished example to enjoy yourself, to be part of a collection or as an investment look no further.
